WHAT IF I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ON A PRODUCT THAT I'VE PURCHASED AND WANT TO RETURN IT?
If you change your mind about an item purchased and wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund (excluding original shipping and handling charges) or exchange it for another product (new shipping fees will apply). We allow refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange the return, and we will supply you with a return document number. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product.
Exemption: Custom ordered items will fall under the manufacturers return policy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the manufacturers return policy for your chosen item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned to us in the original condition, each product must have all tags attached and in the original packaging. You must complete your return within 14 days of purchase. Pippy Limited reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the goods are not returned in the specified condition.
You are responsible for arranging the return of the product to Pippy Limited via courier with a tracking number and all related costs. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days unless deemed faulty.
Please note: original shipping and handling charges are not refundable for change of mind.
Refunds are not available on gift items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product, Pippy Limited must be notified immediately of any faults, please email us email@example.com
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT BREAKS IN TRANSIT?
We make sure to pack and check all products with care but unfortunately these things happen. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims. The quicker you can let us know of any issues, the better chance we have to replace the item.
AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND ON A SALE ITEM?
Sale items cannot be refunded so please choose carefully.
HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE/REFUND TAKE?
We will aim to process your exchange or refund within 1-3 working day of receiving the returned product*. Once it has been processed you will receive an email notification. Please allow 5 working days for any refund(s) to show in your bank account from the date when Pippy Limited receives the stock back in original condition.
*We do not offer any exchanges, credit notes or refunds on used, damaged or lost products.
a) Pippy Limited cannot accept responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen return deliveries
b) Refunds are not available on sale or gift items
c) Our refund policy is offered in addition to any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
